We choose Jack Satterwhite Builder for several key reasons. First, he builds a quality house. We toured many of the houses he built and they were all built to very high standards. The base priced include items that were upgrades when we talked with other builders: wooden stair treads, Trex on outside porches handrails, and lot prep with fill and final grading just to mention a few. Second, the fact that he stayed on schedule, and personally visits the job site twice a day. Finally, he had a house plan that fit our needs perfectly; he worked with us making changing to window sizes and locations. Jack provided a plan that placed the bonus room overlooking the golf course view and not just located over the garage as most other builders do. We lived in Indiana during construction and communicated with Jack’s team on issues that needed to be resolved. All of this was accomplished with our budget in mind. We are both extremely happy with our house.
